Dr. William Hazle, is a board certified psychiatrist who joined the medical staff at Portneuf Medical Center in 2002. Prior to moving to Pocatello, Dr. Hazle served fellow veterans for over four years in Sheridan, Wyoming as staff psychiatrist and associate chief of staff for mental health services. Before he moved to the "deep west" Dr. Hazle lived and worked in San Francisco Bay area for twenty years. He held many administrative and supervising positions at local hospitals and with the State of California.
Dr. Hazle is drawn to the Rocky Mountains because of his love of open space, blue skies, and photography.
Dr. Hazle has been a memeber of Steele Memorial Medical Center's medical staff since 2008.
